Flame, the signature restaurant of Four Seasons Resort Vail, is a modern mountain steakhouse that features perfectly seared prime steaks cooked on an 1800-degree grill and locally sourced, seasonal specialties. Chef Jason Harrison and his culinary team also create signature sides, such as hand-cut duck fat fries, house-made rubs and sauces.
